Interesting... After reading through some forums, I've discovered that the game can drastically change during each play through the game. For instance, early in the game when you're in the forest, I entered a cabin that had several stuffed animals including a bear in the corner. Another person's play, however, had the same room, but the bear was torn open and rotting on a table. Similarly, people have reported differences in key conversations.
I have every intention of going through the game again anyways to obtain different endings, but these changes make the urge even more compelling. I have to say that this possibility excites me and makes the path through to each ending feel more unique and important, as opposed to just making a couple key choices and replaying events from a similar run. In fact, this almost makes documenting one's entire path through the game worthwhile.
To be fair, I thought the game was a little short with several areas left unexplored. This takes that feeling and inverts it, leading to so many possibilities! Glee!
